premium StarBright XLT coatings and fully computerized GoTo mount with high-performance brass worm gears and motors for improved tracking accuracy.
The 6-inch aperture provides excellent light-gathering ability and SkyAlign
technology gets your telescope aligned and ready to observe in minutes.
The telescope includes NexRemote telescope control software and RS-232 cable for
advanced control of the telescope with a PC.
The Celestron 11069 features SkyAlign allows alignment on any three
bright celestial objects, making for a rapid, efficient alignment process and StarPointer
finderscope helps with alignment and locating objects. It has computerized altazimuth

Amazing Buy!

Relatively new to astronomy, this is only my second telescope purchase but this Nexstar model is terrific! I was able to pull from box, easily set it up and was able to get some nice deep sky observations. Order arrived fast and I also purchased a power tank for additional power. No regrets whatsoever!
Best Optics for the $

Fantastic views, within 30 minutes I was able to see the moon in amazing detail along with Jupiter, Orion, and others. I also bought the eyepiece and filter kit so I could play around with different magnifications and filters. The Autoalign feature saves a ton of time!
First Scope

Amazing scope for the money, a little bulky to set up but it is well worth the effort. I was astonished what I was able to see in the night sky, I read a ton of reviews on this model and most of them mentioned that this model is best bang for the buck which was helpful deciding bewteen this and other, more expensive models.

Incredible piece of technology, but needs patience to set up and use properly. I would also recommend coupling with the eyepiece kit as it enhances the experience greatly and really doesn't add that much more cost into the investment. Aligning it was tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it's worth every penny.
