The Celestron Moon Filter Set is 1.25 inch set that consists of four filters one need to observe the moon during its various phases. The three neutral density filters offers different degrees of transmission that you can use to match different moon phases. These filters improve lunar viewing by cutting down on the Moon’s bright glare, ehanancing the contrast and making faint details easier to observe.

A fourth Moon & Sky Glow filter provides high-contrast views of the lunar surface and enhances observation of deep-sky objects from light-polluted skies. This set allows you to choose the best filter to use with different eyepiece and telescope combinations. Each filter is housed in an aluminum cell, providing a rigid, durable frame for the filter glass.
